The handset only supports applications from the Marketplace. You may download applications by using Marketplace.

Your phone's specifications can be found in your User Manual in the Specifications section near the end of the manual. You may also check the Products tab on our website, then choose your phone model and click specifications.

The handset supports A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth profiles.

Internet Explorer currently does not support Adobe Flash.

Yes, you will lose your data on the phone. You may back up your data to avoid losing it.

The applications on your handset are backed up to your primary Windows Live account. Once you login to your handset with a Windows Live account, it will automatically be backed up.

Warning: Resetting your phone will erase the phone’s files and settings completely. Remember to back up your phone information and settings.

There are two ways to reset the handset to factory settings: - Please tap START > All apps > Settings > About > Reset your phone. - Turn the handset power off, then press and hold VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN simultaneously and turn the handset back on. Press VOLUME DOWN.

NOTE 1: Resetting your handset to factory or manufacturer's default setting will delete all the data stored on your phone memory. Please back up your files first. To back up all of your personal information on your phone, please refer to "How do I back up my phone".

You can setup your Google account to sync email and contacts with your handset. To setup your Google account, please press START > All apps > Settings > Email & accounts > Add an account > Google.

Please search for 3rd party software that will have this functionality. You can search using Marketplace by tapping START > All apps > Marketplace. Search using the keywords SMS back up.

To adjust the screen timeout, please tap START > All apps > Settings > Lock & wallpaper > Screen time-out > Never.
