Rated 5 out of 5Â by blackstallion HTC Beats Audio is an experience you have to go through!
I am using 64GB HTC One X+ for almost a month now. Here is my take:
# Heating issue on day 1 - when I had lot of installations, downloads
# At times, the in-call volume is too low even at the max setting. If I reduced the volume, it increases!
A lot of good stuffs about this phone.
# I looks rock solid and premium over Samsung S3
# Low light photography is amazing
# I like the screen - I am using more of the phone now for social media browsing than my laptop!
# HTC Sense's social media integration is good - you have all in once place!
# I have an heavy office email application with double layer security - with 100% data connected with or without WIFI; talk time (~2 hrs) the battery last for approx 10~12 hours. Apps connected live always - Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, G+, FB, office email, Calender, ToDo, Live Stream
# The most amazing feature is the beats audio - man the music experience is better than Apple! This is the best I have experienced so far!
# I had the initial heating issues - and have registered a complain in HTC India site. I got a call in 2 days time, with a willing service professional. By then, I got the issues settled already. They service executive also followed up with an email and list of suggestions/contacts!
# Note app is good - appreciate if HTC could improve on this and make Pen available easily in India market.
Overall, I found this better buy and am playing with it :)-

Rated 5 out of 5 The beast, the power house with a plus
Hello HTC Fans,
Today I am posting the review about HTC ONE X+.
I got this phone a month earlier from HTC as part of the testing program , so now I am writing a review for the same.
1 looks : First the phone's Outer surface is a all polycarbonate unibody which looks amazingly stylish. On the back there is a Hall of Speaker,on top 3.5 MM headphone
jack and mic at the bottom.
On the left hand side there is a usb charging point. There is a tiny led on top of phone for notifications and charging.
The grip of the phone is amazing.
Loved the red rim provided on camera and in the front screen touch buttons.
So I will rate 9.5/10 for this department.
2. Now the screen: The main attraction on the HTC One X+ is its 4.7 inch HD Super LCD2 screen.
For me I love the colourful enjoyment of the screen and hate all blackness of amoled screens.
So for this department I’ll rate 9.5/10.
3. Speakers: there is no stereo speaker as HTC one but You’re not going to miss any calls.Sound quality maybe not at par with other phones.
On this sound department 7/10.
4. Now the processor and power of the device: This piece of glamour has got the NVIDIA Tegra 3 CPU which is Quad-core clocked at 1.7 GHz processor with 1 GB of RAM, so
you can say its a beauty with brains.I will rate it at 8/10 being not the latest out of the packet.
5. Arrival at the software: This is the one area where I like this phone the most. You will not require any custom ROM as it gives you the best in the market SENSE UI.
Speed is what this form redefine in the form of performance. I installed almost 50 apps. But I don’t feel any slowdown in the mobile.
Here I would rate 9/10.
6. Usability of the mobile: for me I mostly use few apps to check my social world and surfing on the Internet. His screen is good so no problem in that.
7.Battery : Usually Android phones suffer with battery drain issues, but trust me even after heavy usage with 3G and High end gaming it gives you ample amount of juice
to do the days work.so Battery :9/10
8. Storage : Yaa I know it does not come with external storage but do you need one its comes with massive 64GB of storage.
I have around 15 HD movies, some HD games and lots of pictures and movies and still its half filled.
So Storage : 9.5/10
9. Camera : It has got one of the best cameras in mobile industry, the 8MP rear camera is so good in taking pictures that I don't really feel a need of a point and
shoot camera anymore. The secondary camera is 16MP which is at par with the standards majorly used for Video calls.
While travelling GPS is almost a necessity in this world. Which works best. I got a lock on under 15 seconds everytime I try to locate satellites.
This one has good sound output via headphones with the beats as icing on the cake.
There is a great thing in this mobile. Battery charges very fast under 2-3 hours.
*Not everything is good in any mobile, so there are a few setbacks of the phone.
1.Without any doubt HTC support for the software upgrade is a bit slow.
2. Also the sound output is not par with other phones . That will only be the problem if you use loudspeakers for music.
3.Low Light Imaging needs to be improved in camera
That was the conclusion of the review and I would rate and overall 9/10.

Rated 5 out of 5 Just a phone with my full expectation
When the HTC One X came out, I was not yet ready to change but then when the One X+ came out, I thought now it is the time to get it. I have bought this phone and the first surprise would be when I unbox it. The rubber finished is just what I like if compare to the smooth polycarbonate build of the One X.
as I turned on the Screen, the crispness of the screen just blew me away. It is crisp and bright but not too bright. I like the size, which is not too big to hold in hands and also to use the phone with only one hand.
After a week of using it, as I am coming from Sensation XL, I have to say the battery is really good, it normally can last me through the whole day without the need to recharge. I have a minimum of 2 hours music listening + 1 hour minimum of surfing, writing messages etc. The battery can easily last through a working day with around 15% left, but I wish it can last a bit more.
I dropped the phone from my table a few times and it has come to my surprise as the phone is working just fine, not even a single crack on the screen.
The camera is another highlight of the phone, it can take some of the most gorgeous photos easily. I normally use it as my camera whenever I am not feeling like dragging my DSLR with me.
The quad-core processor in this is a beast, it can deal with everything without must lag. Just pick on up and try it for yourself.
I can just recommend this phone to anyone who is still not sure if they should get it.

I just got this phone fairly recently. So I can not comment on durability. But as I have been using hTC since 2006 or so, I am sure it will be durable.
The Screen: Awesome
Battery Life: Ok, but both in my office and especially at my residence network strength is very poor. So, I can not be too sure about what this phone will give in a good network coverage area.
The Sound: Pretty Good. But the headset provided is of very average quality. Should have given a Beats Headset. So, spent another 6K to get a Bose headset.
Camera: Taken a few photos (as N8 is my primary camera phone). Photos are pretty impressive - especially if you consider the earlier camera from hTC ;-) (I have upgraded from hTC Saga).
Speed: The phone is very smooth. Yet to find any lag whasover.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by FrNkNsTn The beauty is the beast...
I had just upgraded from the low end HTC Wildfire to this masterpiece and well it was worth every buck spent. The look and feel is what stuns the other and they instantly just spend 5 mins drooling over it. Especially with stealth black this assassinates all the phones in terms of looks. With the NVIDIA GPU on board frame rates in certain games are better than that on my friends 4S. Pure performance machine. 720p screen is a real treat for the eyes and so is the audio. Camera is the bomb but a little noise when zoomed. Battery last well for a quad-core phone an entire day for me with constant data connection. In short ............. love it.

Camera is great, particularly when taking pictures of sceneries and family shots in well lit areas.
Sound quality was a definite improvement, specially when listening to music and watching movies with your earphones. Beats audio really enhances the experience.
Can't fault the screen one bit. That 720p LCD display is GORGEOUS!
Sense 4+ is a marked improvement, everything's more neater and easier. The default HTC apps are a joy to use.
Performance on this phone is just amazing, coming from a dual core phone I was stunned by how fast and responsive this phone was. from the little things like going to the settings and opening up the Play store to playing games and browsing heavy websites. Even after using the phone heavily, the battery lasts me the whole day. that extra boost they gave to the battery really helped. Don't need to charge the phone 2 to 3 times a day :)
When you look at it on the internet via pictures and videos it looks really good, but when you actually hold the phone, that high quality polycarbonate materiel that HTC used will amaze you by the softness and solidarity of the phone. It feels PREMIUM.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by dom246 Amazing in every way!
I have had a lot of experience withs HTC's both good and bad, but the one x+ is by far the best experiance I've had in a smartphone. The screen is beautiful, the processor is snappy and the design and build quality is very good. One problem I do see with this phone is that some games don't appear to be optimized for the tegra 3. Overall I feel that the one x+ is the best HTC phone I have owned and I expect to own it for a while longer.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Enthusiast Excellent all-rounder
The HTC One X+ is an excellent all-round media phone. Games and apps run well on the device, albeit with a slight touch of lag when using intensive 3D games - this is probably due to the amount of content on the phone, however (64GB of storage is a lot to fill!)
It's an excellent media centre, and I've got it configured to sync and play on all my media sources and outputs. This is relatively easy due to Bluetooth, NFC and the simple user interface. It's only let down by the battery life - all-day usage for an average user, perhaps, but for power users such as myself (6 email accounts syncing, lots of music and tweeting) that battery percentage drops quickly. Excellent work though, HTC.

Rated 5 out of 5 Wow
Well what can I say, I have been following this phone since the first day it was rumoured, and immediately started to save my pennies. I had it for christmas and the months of saving had paid off, it was everything I expected. This phone has made my life so much easier, I can walk around my house watching tv (a free app) so I don't miss a second, it has kept me incredibly organised and given me just fantastic data speeds in my rural town! It has changed my life completely, the 64GB of memory has given me what seems like endless amounts of storage, I can have what ever apps, videos and music I want without having to worry about space.
Durable- the tough g-glass 2 display never scratches or shatters when i drop it
Camera- amazing quality pictures with so many customisable options to play around with your shot you can create pictures rather quite amazing
screen- what can I say, it's only beaten by the rare and expensive 1080p displays
Keyboard- 4.1 keyboard is a joy to use, love the swipe feature
sound- beats audio isn't just a selling point, it really enhances the bass and vocal, it's just amazing, you have to hear it to know it!
organiser- the helpful and easy to use calender and widgets allow me to never miss an appointment
storage- 89GB of storage (inc. the free 25GB dropbox storage), I really love this, I can have what ever I want, there's no stopping me, 8 trays of apps and 10Gb of music and I still haven't even used up 25% of the storage
Web- data speeds in my rather small village are incredible, I have about 6MBPS in the country side, just unbelievable
google now- I love you. Siri is nothing compared to you...
Speaker- a small but surprisingly VERY loud when you use hollow wood to amplifie the sound
Games- no lag what so ever even in the heaviest of online gaming
speed- the processor is quite frankly amazing, I have thrown everything at this phone at once, and yet I have never got it to lag, at all...ever...
Customizablitiy (if that's a word)- the possibilities are utterly endless, leaves apple and even other android devices weeping in its' trail, you can really make it your own
Htc sense 4+- looks and feels clean and just awesome
Battery life- I just about get a full days use out of this, HOWEVER, I am such a heavy user I physically can't put this phone down (as you can probably tell from this review), light users will be able to get 2 days and moderate users will easily get a days use out of this device. A tip I would say is the power saver setting, USE IT, IT WORKS!
Wifi- There is sometimes a drop in signal but this can be avoided, speed is not affected most of the time (and even when it is it still runs like Usain bolt on speed)
Well that's it from me, I hope you read all of it, I would highly recommend this phone, best thing I have ever owned, I love it, it really will benefit you in a number of ways can't stress that enough.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by DonnaS awesome
i have had this phone since November and i can defiantly say that it is a great phone to have. the processor is great and can keep up with all my apps and internet use. the audio is amazing and give you a great sound that has a great bass. the display also very good everything is very clear and well pixilated. the camera is very clear and captures every small detail extremely fast which i'm grateful for as i enjoy taking many photos and both front and back cameras are great for that. The only problem i would say the phone has is that it can become really over heated even when its not charging but if you leave it for a few minutes it goes back to normal. on top of that sometimes when it is charging and you are using it the light starts flashing red and green and i realized when that happens the phone is no longer actually charging but that can be solved if sometimes you stop what your doing on it or if you disconnect the charger and plug it back in after about 5 minutes. apart from that the only other thing is that it may freeze sometimes but it is rare and i don't really blame the phone as the level of apps and games i play wouldn't usually be able to be withheld by other handsets. overall i think this phone is amazing and would recommend it to anyone, i already got 5 of my friends to buy it and they are also hooked too.
