Task integration

Wouldn’t it be great if you could have someone remind you of the things that are related to whoever’s calling you? HTC Sense provides that kind of functionality. Set up a task and assign it to a person in your Contact list, and the next time that person calls you a reminder will be shown on your incoming and in-call screen so you’ll remember what you needed to say. 

You can also create local tasks or sync your tasks with Microsoft Exchange, Google or Windows Live. Or group your tasks into lists, set reminders, and set priority to your tasks so you remember. Quickly create and access tasks directly from the Tasks widget on the home screen. We’ve also integrated tasks into mail so you can easily assign mail as a task. And you can even associate tasks to a location and search tasks on a map view for geographic-specific tasks.

Notes: the notepad you’ll always have with you

Never be worried about not having a pen and paper handy again. You’ll be able to capture your thoughts by typing, drawing, or talking – whatever works for you. Quickly access your notes directly from the Notes widget on the home screen. HTC Sense also integrates Notes¹ into Calendar, making it easier for you to keep track of the notes you took during an event and then send out to the attendees. When the new note is created, it will be titled after the event. If the event already has a note associated with it, you’ll be taken to the existing note so you can pick up where you left off.

While in Notes, you can add an extra dimension to plain old text with audio, drawings, photos, PDF or attachments. And Notes has timemark recording so all of your ink and text notes are time stamped, letting you quickly jump to the related part of the audio track when you review your notes.

Also, if you have an Evernote account, you can also sync and back up all of your notes to your Evernote account so you can read and edit your notes from any computer that has Internet access.
