That would not be possible without an excellent customer service and support team, who provide hotline services, free express service, online support, and even free classes to help users to get familiarized with HTC smartphones.
New Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline
From today onwards, the new Hong Kong customer service hotline will fully devote to service. During the first 3 months, from November 2013 till February 2014, the original hotline will automatically be forwarded to the new hotline. After February 2014 however, there will be an IVR to notify customers the new hotline. The original hotline is set to expire at the end of November 2014.

Customer can make appointment by simply calling the HTC Customer Service Hotline or through the Online Chat Service, and have your smartphone promptly picked up, sent to the service center for repair, and delivered back to you, providing an exceptionally convenient phone repair experience. Customer can also leverage the Online Reservation system to make reservation of products inquiry or repair at the HTC Service Center or the Call Centre call back service for maximum convenience and efficiency.
HTC also runs free classes to teach users all the ins and outs of an HTC smartphone, including one-on-one training sessions with professional instructors, ultimately empowering users to tap the full potential of the phone.
