What is Blocked Caller and how do I use it? more
This is a new application that allows you to block specific numbers from calling your phone. The contact would have to be in your People list. It also shows you your call block history. To access Blocked Caller go to Phone > Menu > Blocked caller. Select Add caller.
What features are included in Calendar? more

Calendar allows you to view multiple calendars from different sources (Exchange, Facebook, Google and personal). You can view your calendar by agenda, day, week, or month. You can add events to each different calendar. You can also invite people to meetings.

To add a new calendar item Go to All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Calendar > Menu > New Event.

To select which calendar you want to add the event to, in the New Event window, select the drop down under Calendar and pick the calendar your wish to add the event to.

To select a location for your event you can enter and address or you can use maps to select a location. For this service, you will need to sign-up for HTCs location based services. Select the GPS section for more information.

To add someone to the meeting in the New Event window, press Menu > Meeting invitation > Select attendees under the To field from your address book or email address. Once all fields are filed out, select Send.

What is Call history and how do I use it? more

Call History is the application that lists all your incoming, outgoing and missed calls. You can also sort your call history.

To sort your call history, go to All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Call history > Press Menu > View. Select which item you would like to view and your call history will filter out the rest.

What is Cyberon Voice Commander and how do I use it? more

Cyberon Voice Commander is an application that allows you to voice activated commands to perform tasks like placing a call, opening an application, ask time and more. To use it from the Home Screen press the All Programs tab > select Cyberon Voice Commander > say a specified command like Call John

How do I use Facebook? more
This Facebook application is different from Facebook for HTC sense. This is the Facebook application that is found on the market place. It contains the following Facebook features: News Feed, Profile, Friends, Messages, Places, Groups, Events, Photos, and Chat. You can update your status by input your status in the News Feed screen.
What is Friend Stream and how do I access it? more

This application provides status updates from your Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr accounts in one place (after you have set each up on your device) and broadcasts a single comment simultaneously to Facebook and Twitter.

To access Friend Stream, press HOME, and then tap All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Friend Stream.
How do I use Facebook and Flickr in People? more
On the Updates and events tab of the people screen, notifications of contacts' upcoming events and updates to their profiles are displayed. On the Albums tab of the Contact Details screen for each contact, the contact's recent Facebook and Flickr photo albums are displayed
How do I log in and out of Facebook and Flickr? more
Go to Settings > Accounts and Sync > Add account > Select the account you want to add and enter your credentials
How do I update my status on Facebook? more
You can use Friendstream to update your Facebook status. From the Home screen, Select ALL Programs > Friendstream > type in a 140 character status and select Share. You can also use the Facebook application to update your status.
What is FM Radio and how can I access it? more

FM Radio lets you listen to FM radio stations on your phone.

You need to connect a headset first to the audio jack of your phone to use FM Radio. FM Radio uses the stereo headset as the FM radio antenna. To access FM Radio select All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > FM radio

What is Gallery and how do I use it? more
Gallery is an application that allows you to use your pictures and videos on your device. See more under multimedia.
What is Google search? more
Google search allows you search Google with text message using text input and or voice.
What is GPS Navigator and how do I use it? more
It is paid navigation service offered by Telenav and Bell. It offers a voice guided navigation using data services.
What is HTC HUB and how to I use it? more

HTC HUB is in application that give you access to exclusive HTC content including ringtones, wallpapers, skins, scenes and more, for free to download to your phone and make it yours. To use it from the Home Screen press the All Programs tab > select HTC HUB. You require an HTCSense.com account and you can create one when you setup the phone or in the HTC HUB

What is HTC Likes and how to I use it? more
HTC HUB is in application that shows you what applications other HTC users have liked, Featured Applications and comments about the applications. All Programs tab > select HTC HUB. You require an HTCSense.com account and you can create one when you setup the phone or in the HTC Likes.
What is Internet? more

It is the standard web browser for Android. The web browser supports full Flash 10 and HTML 5 viewing. You can also open multiple browser windows.
To view multiple windows All Programs tab > select Internet > Menu > Windows

To switch between multiple windows pinch-to-zoom in the browser.
What is latitude and how do I use it? more
Latitude allows you to see your friend’s location on a map. You can track who is going where as long as they have added you to their latitude list. To access Latitude, go to All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Latitude. Select your friend for real time update.

It is an application that contains a dictionary of frequently asked questions and how-to’s for your phone.
What is Let’s Golf and how do I use it? more
Let’s Golf is a 3D Golf game that is preloaded on the phone. You can purchase the full version of the game in the game menu and have it charged to your phone bill
What is Mail? more
The Mail application allows you configure and view your email. See more under messaging.
What is Maps? more
It is an extension of Google Maps. See more under GPS
What is Market? more

Market is the application that provides access to the Android Market. Market offers both Free and Paid applications for Android users. When downloading content from Market, be aware that the applications offered have not been tested by HTC or Your mobile operator and that all Market Application Support is the responsibility of the Developer of that application; Not HTC or Your mobile operator.

To access Market, you will need an active User ID and Password for Gmail and then from the Home Screen, select the All Applications tab > Market.

Can I install non Android Market applications? more
By default, the option to allow the installation of non Android Market Applications is enabled.

Warning: Having this option enabled makes your phone and personal data more vulnerable to attack by applications from unknown sources. You agree that you are solely responsible for and damage to your device or loss of data that at result from using these applications.

What is Music? more
The Music application allows you to listen to music that is stored on your SD card or on your media server. See more under Multimedia
What is Navigation? more
Navigation is Google’s voice guided navigation software. It uses your existing data plan for map data. See more under GPS.
What is News and how do I use it? more
This is an application that allows you to select and access News (updated every 4 hours automatically) on your device by either selecting preloaded sites or by entering a URL. To access the News application from the Home screen, select the All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > News
What is Peep and how do I use it? more
Peep is an application for Android that provides access to your Twitter posts and updates. It is used much like Twitter on a desktop PC and can be found by pressing Home and selecting the All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Peep. This Twitter application is different from the Twitter application found on the phone. Peep is used to update HTC SenseTM applications such as Friend Stream or the people application along with showing status updates and followers.

What is Remote PVR and how do I use it? more
Remote PVR is an application exclusive to Bell that allows you to access your Bell PVR at home and remotely record your favorite shows. To access Bell PVR, go to All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Bell PVR.
What is self serve? more
Self serve is a Bell application that shows your Bell mobility account details such as usage history, rate plan, add features, contest details and more. It also allows you to pay your bill using credit card payment.
What is setup? more
Setup is an application goes through the initial setup process of your phone. It allows you to pick your language, transfer contacts from an older phone, setup data connection, setup email and your social networks.
What is talk? more
Talk is a Google application that allows you to chat with your Google contacts.
What is Transfer Data and how to I use it? more
Transfer data is an application that is used for transferring data from your older Smartphone to your HTC Wildfire S. It has the ability to transfer text messages, contacts and calendar appointments. Some of these features might not be available for transfer. It transfers the data over Bluetooth. To use transfer data, Go to the All Programs tab > select Transfer Data> Select Next > Select your other phones Manufacturer HTC, Blackberry, Apple, LG, Nokia, or Motorola > Select the model number. If the model is not listed the Transfer Data application doesn’t support that file. If it is listed Select your older device > Turn on Bluetooth on your older handset > Select your phone once it shows up on the list > follow the prompts on the screen.
What is Tunes & Apps? more
This is a mobile operator specific application that provides access to the mobile operator Download store on the device so that users can purchase and download media directly on the device.
What is TV & Radio and how do I access it? more

This is your mobile operator specific application that provides access to your mobile operator TV & Radio; your mobile operator TV & Radio provides access to Live TV and Radio.

Note: TV automatically plays in Landscape mode for a better viewing experience.
To access, from the Home screen, select the All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > TV & Radio.

What is voice recorder and how do I use it? more
The voice recorder is useful for quickly recording thoughts. You can also record your voice and set it as a ringtone. To access the voice recorder select All programs (button on the lower-left of the screen) > Voice Recorder > Record button
How do I set up the Weather application so that my local weather information is displayed? more
In order to have the Weather information update automatically as you change locations, the Location setting needs to be enabled for GPS; users are prompted to select this option during the initial set up of the device but if need be, these settings can also be accessed from the Home screen by selecting Menu > Settings > Location. To see additional Weather options, while in the Weather application screen, press Menu > Settings.
What is Wi-Fi Hotspot? more
Wi-Fi Hotspot is an application that allows you to wirelessly share your phones internet with up to 8 other Wi-Fi enabled devices. See more under Connectivity and Internet.
