How do I access the camera function on my device? more
There are 2 ways to access the camera application on your device: by pressing the Camera button located on the lower right side of the device or Start > Programs > Camera.
How do I change my Camera capture mode function to take video? more
From within the Camera application, tap on the Arrow in the Upper left corner of the display to change the camera function (photo, video, etc.).
I have taken a picture and would now want to send it to my friend, how can I do that? more
From the Camera screen, tap the Envelope icon > Select Send via email > Tap Send. Complete the message and send.
When I try to download a lot of songs, I always get timed out and the download stops. more
If you are downloading 50 or more songs to your handheld, the handheld may timeout. To bypass this: Select Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC. Check the box for "Enable advanced Network Functionality". Select OK. You will want to unclick this box if you are getting corporate email, as it may cause issues with VPN"s and servers.
Windows Media Player won"t recognize all of the music files that I loaded on my device, why? more
Your device will only recognize files types that it supports. Below are the supported file types: Video format supported: WMV, ASF, MP4, AVI, 3GP, 3G2 and RM Real Media. Audio format supported: AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, MP3, WMA, WAV, QCELP, MPEG4, AMR-NB, AMR-WB, MIDI. If your device is not recognizing the files, your library may need to be updated. Go to Start > Programs > Windows Media > Menu > Update library. This will start a scan that will look for all audio files on the device and update the library to show all compatible files.
