- What is needed to use the built in GPS on my device? more
- All you need to use the built in GPS in the device is a subscription with a GPS provider and/or the GPS application installed on your device. Was this helpful? Yes | No

- TELUS Navigator (which requires a data connection) is currently the only GPS solution that has been tested and certified for use with this device. While others may work with the unit, they are not supported by HTC. Was this helpful? Yes | No
- Sometimes it takes a few minutes for GPS to find my location. What can I do? more
- Make sure that you have a clear view to the sky and soft reset your device by inserting the tip of the stylus into the Reset hole located on the bottom of the device to the right of the USB port. Was this helpful? Yes | No

- A system of satellites orbits the earth, sending satellite data down towards the planet. The GPS receiver in your device scans the sky for these satellite signals, and triangulates your location based upon which satellites it receives its signal from. Was this helpful? Yes | No
