-
- Activate Wi-Fi when you are at your work place.

- Is there a setting that can auto-switch the connection between GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA and Wi-Fi? more

- Does the device support worldwide roaming? more
- Please check the network band for your touch phone from the product specifications. Network band frequencies may vary among different regions and wireless service providers. Please confirm with the wireless service provider to find out if your touch phone can be used in the location where you are roaming. Was this helpful? Yes | No
- Can the device disconnect the data connection automatically when the Internet function is not in use? more
-
There are two ways you can manually disconnect the data connection:
- Tap Start > Programs > Comm Manager and then tap Data Connection; or
- In TouchFLO 3DTM, slide to the Settings tab, tap Commutations, and then tap Data Connection.
- Why do some special characters display incorrectly on Internet Explorer Mobile? more
-
In rare situations, Internet Explorer Mobile may not be able to detect the character encoding method used by a particular Web page. This may cause some special characters, such as accented characters, to display incorrectly. To solve this problem, try changing the default character set to Unicode (UTF-8). To view or modify Internet Explorer's default character set:
- Tap Start > Internet Explorer > Menu > Tools > Options.
- Select Unicode (UTF-8) or the appropriate encoding method from the Default character set list, then tap OK.
- The device's Wi-Fi connection is unstable. What do I do? more
-
- Check the Wi-Fi network signal quality. Weak signals may cause unstable network connections. You can increase the signal strength by moving closer to the access point. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength by tapping Start > Settings > Connections > Wireless LAN > Main tab.
- Adjust the Power Save Mode. Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Wireless LAN > Power Mode. Move the Power Save Mode slider towards Best Performance, then try connecting to the wireless network again. Power Save Mode is set to automatic when the slider is in the middle.
