You can only assign a ring tone to a contact that is saved on the device.
- Tap Start > Contacts.
- Select the contact and then tap Menu > Edit.
- Scroll down to Ring tone and then select the ring tone to assign to the contact.
- Repeat the above steps to assign ring tones to other contacts.
