What types of email does my device support? more
Microsoft Exchange, IMAP4 and POP3.
How many email accounts can my device support? more
Your device can support up to 7accounts; 1 Microsoft Exchange and 6 POP3/IMAP4 accounts.***This is the maximum supported by the device. Adding a 3rd party email application does not give you more mailboxes; these applications use the existing mailboxes.
How do I setup my Email? more
From the Home screen, scroll down and select the Email pane. Enter your email information and the device automatically configures your POP or IMAP account. To configure Microsoft Exchange email go to Start>Programs>ActiveSync.
How do I send a text/picture message from my device? more
From the Home screen, scroll down and select the Messages pane.
Select Message Type (Text Message, Video Message or Picture Message).
Enter the 10 digit wireless number or select from your Contacts (Menu>Add Recipient). Enter message text and press Send.
How do I access MSN/Windows Live Messenger on my device? more
MSN/Windows Live Messenger can be found under Start>All Programs>More>More>More>Messenger. **Messenger is NOT supported over Wi-Fi. Check with your wireless carrier for applicable charges.
I can’t get connected to my instant messenger, what is the problem? more
Verify that you are within Data coverage NOTE: Messenger is not supported over Wi-Fi.
Check internet connectivity via Internet Explorer. If you are unable to connect, resolve that issue prior to continuing with any instant messenger application.
Verify that the service is not offline by signing into your messenger account from another device (PC).
Ensure that you have the correct user id and password.
Perform a Soft reset on the device.
