- When I try to view web pages using the Wireless Network, I get a blank page. What can I do? more
- This is usually seen if the device has been idle for a while and the Wireless Network connection has been lost however, the device isn’t aware of the disconnection. To resolve this, end the Data Session by pressing the End Call Button once and then launch your browser to establish a new connection. If this does not resolve the issue, powercycle the device (this will prompt the device to attempt to establish a new data session). Was this helpful? Yes | No

- You may need to adjust your Connections settings to use by going to Start>Settings>Connections Tab>Connections>Advanced Tab.
