Q: How much does it cost to repair a unit?
A: Repair cost will vary based on the type of phone and the repairs required.
Q: Where do I send my phone in for repair?
A: Please contact your provider or visit your provider's website for information on the phone-repairing process.
Q: Can you upgrade/update my phone?
A: All upgrades/updates are handled through your provider.
Q: Can I just buy the parts and fix my own phone?
A: We do not sell any parts directly. If you wish to have your phone repaired, you will be required to send the phone to your provider for repair.
Q: Do you sell new or discontinued phones?
A: We do not sell any phones as we are strictly a repair facility. Please contact your provider if you would like to purchase additional phones.
Q: What is non-warranty damage?
A: Non-Warranty damage is any issue with the unit that is beyond a functional failure such as scratches, cracks, smudge marks, liquid damage, and other forms of physical damage.
