- My backlight goes out after about 10-15 seconds on a call and tapping the screen doesn't do anything. What can I do? more
-
The device comes with a default backlight Time out of 10-15 seconds. You do have the option to modify these settings on your device however, on an active call the custom settings will be ignored and the back light will dim and go out after 10-15 seconds. The back light timeout is set at 10-15 seconds to maximize battery life on the device.
If you would like to turn the backlight back on, you may use either the scroll wheel or tap the Power button once. Was this helpful? Yes | No - Something is wrong with my display; it goes dark after a few minutes of inactivity but my device is still powered on. What is happening? more
