Bluetooth has to be enabled in order to receive; verify that Bluetooth is enabled before proceeding.
To receive inbound files, go to Go to Start> Settings> Connections>Beam. Check the box for "Receive Incoming Beams".
To send, locate the file that you want to send. Press Menu> Beam.
Select the receiving device from the device list.

Access Comm Manager (Start>More> More> Comm Manager.).
Select the Bluetooth Icon to enable/disable the Bluetooth function.

First, turn Bluetooth on by going to Comm Manager.
Next, go to Start> Settings> Connections>Bluetooth>Bluetooth.
If you want your device to be discovered by another device, select Menu>Turn on Visibility. If you want to have your device discover other devices, select "Add New device".
Make sure that the other device is set to discoverable mode.
Once your device finds the other device, highlight the device you want to pair with and tap Next and follow the on screen instructions. Was this helpful? Yes | No
