How do I connect to the Internet using Wi-Fi? more

To use Wi-Fi on your phone, you need access to a wireless access point or "hotspot". On the Home screen, tap Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks. Select the Wi-Fi check box to turn Wi-Fi on. The phone will scan for available wireless networks. Tap Wi-Fi settings. Tap a Wi-Fi network to connect. You may be prompted to enter a network key if required. Enter the network key. On Home screen, press the Menu key > Touch Settings > Touch Wireless controls > Touch Wi-Fi to turn Wi-Fi on or off by adding or removing a green check mark in the check box.

From the Home screen, press the Menu key>touch Settings>touch Wireless & networks>touch Wi-Fi to turn Wi-Fi On/off.

Note: To conserve battery power, disable Wi-Fi when not in use. The easiest way to do this is to touch and hold the Home screen.

Select the Power Control Widget and add it to one of your Home Screens.

How do I change the look of my Home/Today screen? more

You can customize the Home screen with your desired wallpaper image, applications, widgets, and shortcuts. While on the Home Screen, touch and hold on the screen and make your selections (Add for Applications, Programs, Widgets, and Shortcuts) from the Pop-up menu.
