How do I launch the Phone to make a call? more

When I enter numbers to make a call, I do not see a list of possible matches. Is something wrong with my SmartDial feature? more

When you enter the first 1 or 2 digits of a number, the SmartDial feature will only search for a match in the Call History log. In order to search the SIM card, Contacts and Call history, you need to enter in at least 3 digits or letters. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I copy Contacts from my SIM to my phone? more

To copy contact entries between the device memory and the SIM card, follow these steps:

Note: Only copying from the SIM card to the device is supported.

From the Home screen, tap the People icon.
Press Menu and select Import.
Select Contact type, Google or Phone (SIM).

Establish the first call. Once connected, press Menu>Add Call. Dial the second call and touch Call and the first call is placed on hold. Once connected on the second call, touch Menu>Merge Calls. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How can I adjust my in-call volume? more

While on an active call, press the Volume up/Volume down button on the left side of the device to adjust the in-call volume. Note: this option is only available while on an active call. Was this helpful? Yes | No

How do I link a contact to Facebook? more

How do I turn the phone function on and off? more

A way to turn off the phone function is to switch your phone to Airplane mode. When you enable Airplane mode, all wireless radios on your phone are turned off, including the phone function, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. How do I setup my Contact Card? more

My contact card provides a convenient way to store your personal contact information so that you can easily send it via MMS, Bluetooth and Mail. In addition, you can log in to your Facebook and Flickr accounts to receive notifications of your contacts' updates and events.
