How do I turn the GPS on? more

Press HOME > MENU and then tap Settings>Location. Select Use wireless networks and Enable GPS satellites.

To conserve battery power, disable GPS when not in use. The easiest way to do this is to:

Touch and hold the Home screen.

Select Widget.

Select the Power Control Widget and add it to one of your Home Screens.
