I am unable to load a 3rd party application on my device. What can I do? more

Verify that there is enough memory available on your device by going to MENU > Settings > SD Card & Phone Storage > Available Space

Verify that the application is compatible with your device (applications found in Market on the device are compatible unless otherwise noted), that you are following the installation instructions provided by the application vendor and contact the software provider for further assistance. How do I download applications on my device? more

From the Home screen, touch the Application button > Market icon > Games or Applications > the game or application that you want to download > Install.

On Home screen, touch the Application button > YouTube > a featured video. While the video is playing, touch the lower part of the screen to reveal the controls. Select HQ if available

How do I move music from my computer to my memory card? more

Connect the device to the computer via the USB cable.
Note: Only use the USB cable that came with the device.

Swipe downward on the top status bar (the USB icon in the upper-left corner).
Tap the USB connected notification.
Tap Mount.
On the PC click Open folder in the pop up notification to view files using Windows Explorer. Note: If you do not get a pop up notification, go to My Computer on your PC and your device can be accessed from there.
Click OK.
Copy and paste or drag and drop a file from your computer to a folder on your memory card.
When you are done moving files, click the Safely Remove Hardware icon or Click Safely remove Mass Storage Device.
