How do I set the device unlock pattern? more

To set the device unlock pattern, from the Home screen press Menu > Settings > Security > Set unlock pattern. Set the pattern as desired and ensure that the Require pattern box is checked.

How do I unlock the screen? more

To unlock the screen press Menu and slide the bar down. If you have set a pattern password, draw the pattern you set to unlock. Note: If you set an unlock pattern and don’t recall what it is and you have set up Gmail on your device, after your fifth failed attempt, there will be an option for “Forgot pattern.”

If you set an unlock pattern and don’t recall what it is and you have set up Gmail on your device, after your fifth failed attempt, there will be an option for “Forgot pattern.” Select it and enter your Gmail email address and password, draw and confirm a new pattern and select continue. The new pattern will be saved and you will again have access to your data. If you have not set up Gmail or do not recall your Gmail login information, you will have to hard reset your device and reconfigure it for use.

To perform a hard reset on your device: more

With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.

Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the Volume Down button.

Press Volume Down to select Clear Storage, and then press Power.

Press Volume Up to start the factory reset.

How can I access the storage card that is in my device to add/remove files from it? more

With the storage card in the device, connect it to your PC using the data cable.

Once connected, on your device, open the Notifications screen and touch on “Select to change USB connection type.” Select Disk Drive mode and touch Done.

Next, on your PC, go to My Computer and you will see a listing for your device which is actually the SD card. Open that drive and make the desired changes.

Can I install applications to my microSD card? more
Currently programs can only be installed on the device's internal storage.
I can't see pictures stored on my microSD card using Gallery? more

To see pictures stored on your microSD card using Gallery, ensure your device is not mounted as a USB storage device. Open the Notifications Panel (by touching and then dragging the status bar down) on your device, and then in the Notifications Panel touch Turn off USB storage > Turn Off.

How do I use the phone's storage card as a USB drive? more

Connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable. Open the Notifications panel. In the Notifications panel, tap USB connected and then tap Mount.
