Summary:
The WW Analytics and Reporting Lead will be responsible for managing and growing a worldwide analytics program that encompasses all digital marketing activities across

- Search engine marketing
- CRM
- Advertising
This position will require a mix of analytical skill, technical knowledge, and effective collaboration. The role will have direct responsibility for managing the platforms and processes that will enable a global analytics practice. This practice will provide strategic marketing and business recommendations based upon real data combined with an understanding of our business. The position will also be directly responsible for the production of analysis and reporting.
This position will report to the Director of WW Digital Analytics and CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow global analytics program, partnering with global stakeholders and regional/local teams to build an analytically-focused culture.
- Direct production of, and in some cases produce, analysis and reporting to support global teams.
- Create best practices and training programs.
- Manage a team of direct and indirect reports that will provide and use real data globally, as well as maintain Omniture and other reporting tools.
- Maintain credibility with regional leadership and local teams as a trusted advisor.
- Manage HTC’s Omniture relationship.
- Manage and partner with agencies as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- 6-8 years of professional experience, 3-4 or more of these years focused on data-driven programs.
- World-class expertise with measurement tools and platforms including Omniture is required; technical experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of web site optimization and performance measurement and improvement.
- Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.
- Experience working with teams or partners that are geographically dispersed.
- Current knowledge of analytics and marketing trends.
- The willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the consumer electronics and mobile phone industry is a plus.
