Regional Sales Manager, AT&T

Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will have responsibility for driving HTC sales through AT&T sales channels in their defined area.  This includes managing relationships and growing new distribution.  The successful candidate is a person who understands the business drivers that are important to the AT&T and has a proven track record of success in indirect sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sell through with AT&T in assigned territory
  • Acts as the main contact point for carrier’s direct and indirect regional leadership
  • Develop sales strategies to insure business objectives are reached
  • Report and respond to issues around customer inventories, competitive pricing and promotional activities, future plans and requirements
  • Manage assigned expense budget within company guidelines
  • Manage travel schedule to meet sales objectives and customer demands
  • Build HTC brand advocates within AT&T channels
  • Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years sales and account management experience
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • This position will need an astute cultural sensitivity and the flexibility and aplomb to work effectively within a globally-run environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience selling to AT&T strongly preferred
