Payroll & HRIS Analyst

Summary:
HTC is seeking a fun, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable person to become our next Payroll & HRIS (P&H) Analyst on the HR Shared Services team. We’re a small, “Quietly Brilliant” team focused on providing critical, but behind the scenes work in the area of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compensation. As the P&H Analyst, you will have tactical ownership over your job functions for the entire Americas region. You will primarily be responsible for executing, managing, and ultimately driving improvement in all facets of payroll & HRIS at HTC America.  More detailed responsibilities include the following:

• Own all day-to-day responsibilities tied to payroll processing in a multi-state, multi-company environment.
• Own all day-to-day responsibilities tied to HRIS management.
• Report generation for a number of different internal customers.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and payroll laws.
• Assist with projects as necessary. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution. 
• Experience managing all facets of payroll. As the sole payroll person, you will need to know how, and be willing, to do everything on your own with minimal assistance.
• Experience with ADP PayeXpert, ADP Reporting, and SAP a plus.
• Knowledgeable about tax compliance.
• Skilled with generating custom, ad-hoc reports with speed and precision. 
• Benefits experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and good with numbers. I don’t say this lightly as you will be dealing with salaries, money, etc. If you have a propensity to make mistakes in Excel, this likely isn’t a good fit as accuracy in your work is of the utmost importance.
• Ability, and desire, to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, culturally diverse, often ambiguous, unstructured, customer service oriented, accuracy demanding, deadline driven environment.
