You can submit and check the status of your phone sent in for a repair service by clicking "Here"
Dealer - please register with Fonebiz for User ID and Password before submitting repairs
End user - please book in your repair under “End User Book In” on the left side menu and ensure that you print the confirmation page with Job Reference number and password for Job tracking/checking purposes.
Please ensure to enclose a copy of your Proof of Purchase and all fault related accessories when sending the phone in for repair service.
