Q:Why cannot I download paid applications using Android Market?

If you are in a country with paid applications availability but you are using a SIM from a country without the paid applications provisioning, then upon inserting the SIM card, you cannot view or download paid applications from the Android Market. You can remove the SIM card without paid applications provisioning in order to view paid applications since if there is no SIM card inserted on the phone, the Android Market will base depending on your location.
NOTE 5: CDMA phones will always base where their original network is from. This means if your CDMA phone is from a country where paid applications are provisioned then wherever you go, it will always show paid application on the Android Market.
