Well , my experience with the phone was quite joyful , it was amasing in so many ways , no lags what so ever and minimum amount of crashes (rarely) .
The battery life is quite surprising when I first tried it , I could use the phone for 2 days and never worry about the battery life , the handling of this phone is very comfortable although , it is very slippery and the screen is very fragile , the phone is good-looking but it kind of overheats on extensive use and playing AAA games , the OS has been optimised pretty well and the new UI is better than the previous ones although , I do not recommend updating the software because it was decrease the performance of the phone music wise .
For a 4MP camera , it showed some really impressive results , especially when taking pictures in the dark which would beat the 13.1MP camera on the Experia Z and the S4 and the front stereo speakers are great in overall , I didn't expect this but they do offer some bass .
In overall , this phone is best that I've ever handled so far and I will always be a loyal supporter of HTC as long as it keeps offering such masterpieces .

As of tomorrow I will have had this phone for one month and it's almost perfect. Do I wish I could get a little more detail from the pics I take, sure but the fact is, everything about this phone just works. It's smooth as butter on hot bread, fast and never lags. I am in LOVE with the software of the camera. Zoe, ZoeShare, Video Highlights, and the little tweaks I can make right from the camera app is incredible. It has made all my friends jealous. I have basically found my favorite way to record beautiful events, a girls weekend, my boyfriend's bday party and my nephew's concert. The battery lasts basically all day so I'm good there and oh how I love BoomSound. It is not a gimmick. This is the best phone out there just buy it seriously.

Battery is to small other than that amazing. Love the design needs sd card slot and removable battery.

The HTC One is a great phone, but i am a little disappointed with Sense 5. HTC are forcing me to use HTC BlinkFeed and i hate this. Widgets list is not on alphabetical order. They put the power button on left top side, why this? Lets hope that HTC fix this in a next phone. But i still think that HTC One is the best phone on the market right now.

I love it more than my samsung note 2 every thing is great about it but ... the down side that i really don't like is that i can't use a external memory card what i have in the internal memory is it
So i strongly suggest building a phone and still offer the user to add more memory .. SD CARD is what HTC One is missinig THATS ALL :(
I was an iphone user until last year and the reason switching to samsung is having the ability to use more memory
